We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please try your boots on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles, as we cannot accept returns for boots showing signs of outdoor wear.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Are your boots covered by a warranty?
Yes, all boots sold through Work Boots Direct are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This typically covers a period of 6 to 12 months from the date of purchase.
