At Work Boots Direct, we want to ensure you have the right gear for the job, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn boots back in their original manufacturer's box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of arrival.
